Ours is a family business. My wife of 12 years, Sylvia, assists me in the office, so you'll probably meet her if you give me a call.

We are blessed with a daughter, Olivia Mei-Yu, whom we adopted from Guanxi Province in China in June, 2005. She's the light of our lives, and I'm not ashamed to admit the she is "daddy's little girl"!

Living in the Pacific Northwest, we love to get outdoors, enjoying the vast beauty of our area: three hours to the ocean, two hours to the mountains, and instant magnificent scenery right outside our window. When I'm not assisting you, I love to go steelhead fishing, long-distance running, and wild mushrooming.

No hot air or "windy sales guy" jokes here, but I've played the Scottish bagpipes since I was 10. I've competed both individually and with pipe bands at Highland Games throughout North America. While I was thrilled to play for the Queen of England when she came to Seattle in 1985, my most memorable piping experience was playing for a police officer's funeral...my dad's. He was the former Chief of Police of Tacoma, WA.

Oh...and call me "Chuck".
